With minimal effort, you can enjoy this delicious bites recipe. This homemade dry blueberry is natural and sugar-free, low-carb, and good for keto. Dehydrated blueberries are a good fit for oatmeal, granola, trail mix, and even muffins. You can make this dried fruit goodness in a dehydrator directly at home.
Start by thoroughly washing your blueberries with water. Make sure the berries are fresh. Dry them using a paper towel and cut them into halves to lessen the time for the dehydrating process.
For the berries to completely dry, line them on the dehydrator tray. Spread the blueberries so that they will dry evenly. Parchment paper can be placed on the tray if your berries are tiny.
The easiest way to dry blueberries is with the help of a dehydrator. Set the temperature to 160°Fahrenheits (70°Celsius). A whole batch of not cut blueberries can take up to 18 hours to dehydrate. But if you cut them in half, depending on the number of trays and the size of the berries, it can only take 7 to 12 hours.
