Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cooked Shredded Chicken

Instructions

  • First, pick a good-quality chicken breast. Cut off any fat and dry it with a paper towel. You want the chicken to be as lean as possible to get the best taste and texture in the final powder.
  • Put the chicken breast in your Instant Pot or a regular pot, add enough water to cover it, and bring it to a boil. Cook the chicken until it’s fully done and easy to pull apart, which usually takes about 10-15 minutes. After it's cooked, let it cool down a little before going to the next step.
  • Tear the boiled chicken into small pieces and spread them out evenly on the dehydrator trays. If you don’t have a dehydrator, you can use your oven set to the lowest temperature. Let the chicken dry completely—it should be brittle and easy to break.
  • Once the chicken is completely dry, put the dehydrated chicken in your bullet blender. Blend them until the chicken becomes a fine powder. Make sure to blend well so there are no chunks. After blending, you can sift the powder to make sure it's smooth.

Notes

  • Make sure the chicken is completely dry before blending, as any moisture can cause the powder to spoil.
  • Store the powder in an airtight container to keep it fresh for longer.
  • If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can add a small amount of salt or other seasonings to the powder before storing it.
