  • In preparing the almonds, use raw almonds and just leave the skin on. The amount of almonds should be enough for your needs. Portion it accordingly.
  • With the help of a blender or food processor, make a ground almond meal. Pulse the almonds and shake up the blender from time to time to avoid clumping inside the blender.

  • Grind Properly: When using a food processor or grinder, make sure to use a high-quality product for better results. A fine or coarse almond meal depends on how long you grind the almonds.
