Ingredients

  • 0.5 Pound Ribeye Steak
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°Fahrenheit (200°Celsius) for 5 minutes and gather seasonings, oil, and butter.
  • Cut the ribeye into evenly sized cubes and place them in a bowl for seasoning.
  • Toss the steak cubes with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, avocado oil, and Worcestershire sauce until fully coated.
  • Arrange the cubes in a single layer and air fry at 400°Fahrenheit (200°Celsius) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Melt the butter in a small bowl, adding a pinch of salt if desired.
  • Rest the steak for 2 minutes, drizzle with butter, toss gently, and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Choose the right cut: Pick tender cuts like sirloin or ribeye for the best texture. Thicker pieces work well because they stay juicy inside while getting a nice sear outside.
  • Preheat the air fryer: Always preheat your air fryer for a few minutes before cooking. This ensures your steak bites cook evenly and develop a golden-brown crust.
  • Don’t overcrowd the basket: Give each piece of steak enough space to cook properly. Overcrowding can cause steaming instead of searing, leaving the bites less flavorful.
  • Rest before serving: Let the steak bites rest for a few minutes after cooking. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping every bite tender and juicy.
