Equipment

  • 1 Glass Pitcher
  • 1 Spoon or Stirrer

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Lavender
  • 2 Tablespoons Lavender Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients—fresh lemon juice, lavender syrup, dried lavender, and water. Having everything ready to go will make this process smooth and quick.
  • In your pitcher, add the lemon juice, lavender syrup, and water. Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
  • Add a few slices of lemon to the mixture, give it another stir, and let it steep for about 2 hours. This will help the lavender flavor to blend beautifully with the lemon.

Notes

  • Use fresh lemon juice for the brightest flavor. Garnish it with a few dried lavender as well.
  • Be careful not to over-steep the lavender, as it can become too strong and overpower the drink.
  • Serve with ice for the best experience—it’s meant to be enjoyed cold.
